TINKILOVE

Everyone that knows me will know I'm totally fascinated by new designers and I feel it's only right to start sharing that with you guys on a regular basis! This weekend I headed  down to a studio in east London to meet Maria Katharina-Richter's who is the designer of new label TinkiLove. Maria's collection is amazingggggggggg and here are my favs:

This is one of my favs because of the open back obviously!

It's all about the hood YO!

Love the chains and I'm now the proud owner of a set yaayyyyyy:)

Wicked neck line

Sick!

You know you want a pair, I'm so ordering mine, like now!

I'm not going to go on and on and on because I think the pieces I have picked speak for themselves, it's just totally off the chain. After I had finished trying like everything on:/ Maria did go through the collection with me and explained that her pieces are to represent love eventually conquering all. The confused busy part of the fabric is to reflect struggle and the use of bright colours is to represent breaking through or the light you feel in your life when you are in love or love something.

Maria Katharina-Richter's the designer

TinkiLove will soon be available online, but if you have anything you would like to ask regarding the collection or pieces you like just drop Maria an email: tinkilove00@gmail.com or check out the website www.tinkilove.com.

THE LOOK OF LOVE.

Nails: BarryM Papaya

Lipstick: Chanel 09 lover

Vintage leather skirt: Bricklane

T-Shirt: Ebay

Fox Fur Scarf: Flea Market in Miami

Bangles: Flea market in Miami

Gold Earrings: Belong to my Mother (hoping she won't ask for them back this time)

Towers: TopShop

The look of love for me all year round is totally a fur and leather mash up clash up. When you invest in quality staples (like fur and leather) you'll find your wardrobe search becomes so much easierrrrrrrr, simple t-shirts and shirts teamed with leather or fur can be transformed from every day basic to super suave.

THE PRIMARY OF NUMBERS

I love my jumper!

Sweater: Joe Amato, from the flea market in Miami, it was one dollar Yo!

Skirt: Random vintage sale in Stoke Newington

Hat: TopShop

Gold Bangles: African Jewellery Stall in Miami

Shoes: Dune

Coat: French Connection

I'm sporting quite a few of the primary colours in my Joe Amato jumper and over sized French Connection coat right now, and even though it's alomost spring temperatures it isn't quite warm enough to leave your hat at home, so this is what I decided on this sultry evening.

Although I love the over sized, slouchie look and can't get enough of my jumper right now, I feel that you still need to add that feminine touch to your outfit. I teamed my jumper with a little fitted skirt that I found in the bottom of this giant bucket at a vintage event in Stoke Newington this weekend, a pair of pointed towers and then I felt ready to take on the hussle and bussle on a sunset London Eve!
